Mike Ratti

Mike Ratti became Chief Executive Officer of Regent in 2003. As CEO, he has the ultimate responsibility for all aspects of the company, including: strategy, operations, finance, product engineering, marketing, and business development. Mike has a strong track record of success in creating and managing high-growth and customer-focused organizations. Mike is a strong advocate of building a leadership-centered culture. He also believes that the culture of an organization is what drives the business. Mike has successfully transformed several modest, niche software companies into major players in their respective fields through sound business development and strategic alliances.

Before joining Regent, Mike held various senior level positions, with more than 20 years of experience working for world-class international corporations like Xerox and Oce’ NV; and emerging technology category builders, such as Nucleus Solutions, a leading data integration software provider for the Human Capital Management market; and Actano, a category builder for enterprise process management software. Mike currently serves on the board of the Tech Council of Maryland. He lives with his four daughters in Mt. Airy, Maryland.
